In 1947, in the little town of Cori some viticulturists funded the Cincinnato Agricultural
Co-operative, in order to transform and market their own products and, at the
same time, favour the development of local farming and the wealth of the entire
community. One of the main tasks of the co-operative was to provide funds to
all its members for agricultural improvements and disease control.
At the end of the 70s, Cori Rosso and Cori Bianco were qualified as DOC. In 1979, a highly technological and innovative wine cellar was built. Through the years the co-operative has always managed to deal with the changeable conditions affecting the local wine-growing process, thus maintaining a leading role in the field of wine production in this area. Today, it is a modern cellar composed by 255 members with a total land surface of 550 ha. 1947 in the little town of Cori some viticulturists funded the Cincinnato Agricultural Co-operative 1971 Cori Rosso and Cori Bianco were qualified as DOC 1979 a highly technological and innovative wine cellar was built today it is a modern cellar composed by 255 members with a total land surface of 550 ha.
