The associates' vineyards are mainly made by little allotments covering an average surface of 0.5 hectares. The typical farming systems are a low training system such as the guyot and tendone. In the last few years, the low training technique has become the most widespread, as it improves the quality of the grapes. On average, the vineyards are 15 years old and include about 4000 vines per hectare cultivated in low rows and 1800 vines in the tendone.
The system of integrated crop protection is employed in all the vineyards and some of them are certified 100% organic.
The average production rate is 120 q/ha and the vineyards are not watered.
