This elegant and refined wine holds the characteristics of the soil. It derives its name from the myth of the Dioscuri, Castore and Polluce, who also give name to the temple, cultural heritage of Cori. This wine is obtained from the Bellone, a local grape also known as 'uva pane' for its thin and delicate skin.
