Raverosse gives name to an area under vines in the Commune of Cori characterized by the presence of red limestone from the Lepini mountains to the volcanic hills around Cori. The heat absorbed during the day is slowly released at night by the limestone which warms up the vines producing high quality grapes. The wine is harmonious with a fruity aftertaste and ruby colour.
