Late Harvest (Vendemmia Tardiva) Solina is a sweet wine produced by using malmsey grapes from Lazio grown in 50-year-old vineyards. The grapes are left to dry in the vineyard under the autumn sun and are then harvested at the end of November. Wine ferments and is left to age for 18 months in wooden barrels.
