On the sun-kissed hills of September, few winemakers harvest these excellent grapes that bear an ancient name "arciprete bianco". After removing the stalk, these amber-coloured grapes are slowly distilled, stored and aged with care.
This slightly aromatic grappa is characterised by an harmonious round taste and a strong character enhanced in the Arciprete Riserva variety.
